We accept returns on clothing items only. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Oud and Bakhoor products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
Return Conditions for Clothing:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Customized or altered clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

🚚 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only within GCC countries:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.
❗Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
